Skyline Church is a community of believers striving to love God and love people for God’s glory. If you are looking for the perfect church with the perfect people then we won't pretend to be that. But, if you are looking for a place to belong and try to become the people we were created to be then look no further. We are flawed and broken people redeemed by Jesus. We invite you to join us on a Spirit-led journey we are all on to be formed and shaped into the image of Jesus Christ.

We are a church who takes Scripture seriously. The leadership of this church is constantly before God asking for direction and blessing. God has been incredibly faithful to this church continually calling us to new ministries and equipping us for everything we are called to do. We pray that you to will find your place in God’s unfolding story.
History
In February, 1960, seeing a need for a new church in the city of Jackson, a group of interested believers came together to discuss plans for the expanding kingdom of God in this city. Starting on February 21st, they began worshipping together and reaching out into their new community. By 1961, property had been purchased and a new building constructed to house the growing church. Since that time, Skyline has constantly been seeking out new ways to grow the kingdom of God in this city and around the world.
